I Wish I Could #%^% Every Girl in The World

Who invented the promiscuous hip-hop song?  Maybe it was Biggie Smalls with his song Dreams (of fuckin' an R&B bitch)?

Fast forward to today, actually, scroll back to 2009 to Li'l Wayne's Every Girl

The humor in these 2 songs is the artist's candor and that they actually list famous attractive women by name that they would like to "make love" with.  lol.
Problematic?  Misogynist?  Hetero-normative?  Sure.  But anything for some sexual realness.  Well, no snuff films.

But you may recall Little Kim switched it up.  She had Dreams (of fucking an R&B dick.)  Don't get the appeal.  But love Li'l Kim all day flaws and all.  Brian McKnight?  Babyface?  A for effort.

Disclaimer:  Sorry mom :/

Obama at the CBC

"I expect all of you to march with me and press on. Take off your bedroom slippers, put on your marching shoes. Shake it off. Stop complaining, stop grumbling, stop crying. We are  gonna press on. We’ve got work to do, CBC."- Obama

"How does he get away with saying this to black folk when he would never form his lips to ever say that to any other constituency?"- Tavis Smiley

I love Tavis but damn.  There is a reason why he is 47 and single.  Jk.  I know it sounded bad.   So did Obama's Father's Day message back in the day.   I know.  Saying "don't dwell" is invalidating.  It is.  I twitched.  I thought "N*gga you straight up disrespectful right now!  We got real pain and real problems and you ain't fixed shit!  And how did you know I was wearing house shoes?!  Thanks for not mentioning the socks.  (Jk.  I don't wear shoes at home.  Duh.  Broke Bourgie.)"  But saying don't dwell is also helpful (along with hours and hours of hugs and affirmations of course.)  I'm not sure it was timely right after Troy Davis' execution.  But maybe it was.  He doesn't have to say "Never forget the injustices."  or "Fight the Power."  We have been shaken awake in significant numbers.

Come on.
You know the President ain't free.
He gotta speak cryptically.  - (Not rap lyrics.  Just a chance to quote myself.)

For the literal people out there, here's a cartoon shorthand for what I believe Obama is saying.   "The power is yours!" - Captain Planet  #Nononetoldyoutorelyonpoliticiansugh  Granted.  The search for meaning should not be in labyrinth form, but guess what?  We ain't free.  My thoughts?  Direct energies elsewhere.  I'm honestly only concerned with Obama as a symbol of hope and the power of the population.  Not the popular vote (see electoral college.)  It's pointless to bank on the politics (watch the grass grow.)  "But he's the President?!"  Oh well.  Lesson learned.

Acting is Everything

I'm not big on mandatory anything.  But acting should be a mandatory course.  For the good of humanity!  Posture + strong voice + a reason for speaking.  And constantly analyzing and molding that reason to make it make more and more sense.  Really, what more do you need?

Does wheat make you sick and tired?

Are you sensitive to wheat?  I am.  I just figured out the wheat F's me up.  I eat the other whole grains.

Not a huge fan of this health Vlog because it promotes protein from meat.  And meat hurts my stomach as well.  But I agree with this.  Here is a video that describes my experience and why I eat very little wheat and gluten now.

Wheat make you hungry and bloated and tired?

Love Me,
The Princess and the Pea

"I love my haters"

Huh?  No.  We love our frieeeeeends.  This absurd statement is a defeatist move much like the violent act of jealousy itself.  Jealousy is displaced anger at ourselves for not living up to our own standards.  I can handle this.  Can you?  Yes you can.  Accepting that you want more will move you naturally away from impotent and destructive jealousy toward action.  Here is a gauge.  If jealousy is more than a fleeting feeling, then it is a false emotion.  Not hate of another but... A fear of work.  Not literal employment.  I am a person that believes the phrase "'good job' is an oxymoron."  Thanks Dad for that little gem.  Screw the establishment, etc.  But I believe there is work that one has do to feel whole.   Gripe about society but not societal pressure.  We get it, it sucks.  A lot.  But it's not acknowledging your own standards that will get you.  What would really make you happier or more peaceful, RIGHT NOW?   Do it.  If it involves another person/persons changing.  Good luck with that.  But if it just involves a little more work.  Do it.  If you're feeling envious or inadequate for a prolonged amount of time.  Do something.  Address it.  Don't get all passive aggressive or aggressive aggressive.  And don't be a hater and add your own fear to the looming fear of failure that plagues the world.  This may be controversial but, TRY HARD!  Aim high.

Disclaimer: Fro(know)itall is tongue in cheek.

K.I.M. (Keep it Movin')

When I used to go out and give dudes the fake name...What?!!!!  It was always Kim.  I've come to realize that this name was a premonition.  A psychic time traveling connection with my future self.  A reverse acronym.  I live in the hood.  But there is no borough or neighborhood in NYC where a young black woman can just walk down the street.  Period.  That is without being accosted by the Rainbow PUSH Coalition of crazy men out there.  Can I get an Amen?!  Yes.  I am using the example of the black woman to epitomize this universal experience.

My solution:  Don't be embarrassed.  Carry a book on the subway.  Only address ignorance when you have time or feel like it.  It is not your full-time job to explain to ignorant guys that you are not a prostitute (literally.) Or that they should not address you by your body shape or skin complexion.  And to explain that they are not going to attract a quality woman/person this way (which is clearly what they are aiming for.)  That's what would classify as a public service.  Sometimes I'm confrontational but usually with at least a small dose of gentleness and/or humor I've acquired over my years.  I want to live not die of preventable hyper-tension.

My cousin's solution:  Say "Uh huh.  Das right!"  accompanied by ghetto runway walk.  Pretty fun.
Disclaimer:  And no white folks this is not a pass to use the word "ghetto."  I don't like that shit!   Is that scary?  :/  Keepin it 100%.  Lol!  Yep.  We appropriating words in this BITCH.  Men, don't even try it!

Side note:  Not quite a complaint but does anyone else experience that being black and somewhat "approachable" is a full-time job even in the melting pot of NYC?  I don't even mean romantically.  From old ladies to stay at home dads everybody wants to talk.  My fiancé (we're French now) says the same thing.  Because he is not a huge scary black man in FUBU, he cannot ride the train without somebody asking what he's reading.  This used to be a lot of pressure for me when I was younger.  In such situations I do not use the K.I.M. Theory.  I'm learning to enjoy this cuz the more the merrier but it's a notable experience non-the-less.

Lazy Curried Lentil Soup (w/spinach)

I try not to eat a lot of processed food but I'm lazy and I figure Amy's is at least better than most.

-1 can Amy's Curried Lentil soup (or soup of choice: southwestern vegetable is good)
-Lots of Baby Spinach

Cooking time: 5 minutes
No prep!

Heat on low stirring occasionally.  When hot, stir in baby spinach leaves (I prefer raw.)  You can turn off the burner or keep on low.  Hot soup will cook the spinach enough.  The spinach makes it a more substantial and nutritious meal chock full of iron and vegetable protein.  Serve alone or you can buy one of their soups with brown rice or add your own for more substance.  Or serve with Ezekiel bread toast.

Thanks to my friend Nono for the "recipe!"

Corporations vs New Haven's Local News

I got excited when I saw that the Wall Street protests and the resulting police brutality finally made the mainstream news (somewhat).  Let's hear it for the brave protesters and for Youtube!  We sure know it took too long for the Troy Davis story to hit.  The corporate media is a travesty.  But here's a happy story about the closest city to the suburb where I'm from.  A town where the police are notoriously corrupt and there is a lot of poverty and crime.  Home of the Black Panther struggles and the Yale Takeover.  Which we affectionately call, Gun Wavin' New Haven.  But it's not all gloom and doom.  My mom says they just opened up an Apple Store.

Growing up "in" New Haven Connecticut, the main newspaper was the New Haven Register.  It was your typical careful newspaper that would never speak out against the Police Departments or white collar crime.  There was also the New Haven Advocate to combat this bought out media but it was pretty tame.  The Advocate used to be owned independently up until the 90's but is now owned by the owner of Fox 61.  They're now suffering layoffs (hate to see people lose jobs but) because...Dun Dun Dun...  New Haven has the the nonprofit New Haven Independent which is a much more honest publication.  And they seem to be growing to be the authority in local news.  In fact, I hear that even the televised news now goes to the Independent as it's primary source of information, bypassing the other publications.

Editor and founder of the site, Paul Bass (used to work at the advocate,) who has been a reporter for thirty years, thinks that the New Haven Independent’s nonprofit model can be used by others to help bring vigor back into community journalism as a paper’s focus should be on reporting, not profits.  He says “It goes back to the old-fashioned purpose of a newspaper—to promote civic debate, rather than sell toasters."

Any thoughts from New Haveners?  How progressive is it?  How influential etc.?

Here's a cool article I just found from 2009.
The Reconstruction of American Journalism
 http://www.cjr.org/reconstruction/the_reconstruction_of_american.php
"American journalism is at a transformational moment, in which the era of dominant newspapers and influential network news divisions is rapidly giving way to one in which the gathering and distribution of news is more widely dispersed..."

Top *5 Little Racist Things

Maybe if we were more cognizant of the little ones...  Nevermind.  This is just for fun.

1.  Western diets that claim that rice makes you fat.  It's a plant.  Smdh.
2.  Pants (waist to ass/leg ratio)  I am going to sue the pants off the pants industry.  Get Mr. Pants on the phone!  Who is with me?
3.  Provocative dancing being banned/seen as dirty (I mean I hate seeing 8 yr olds grind too, but still!)
4.  Large pets with the exception of pitbulls.  Don't ask a little black girl if she has a dog.  She probably doesn't.  Side note.  IMO, being a pet lover does not make you an animal lover.  P.P.S.  I think I may be ready for a dog.
5.  The "Parlez vous, good deal?" commercial for Burlington Coat Factory among others.  Why is she so angry?  It doesn't even make sense.

Present

Troy Davis is dead.  And I've never felt so alive.  So flat and sober and unafraid for the moment.  I'm not surprised.  We know what the South is about.  "State's rights."  I've been reading MLK quotes for about an hour.  I had no desire to sleep.  Now I will.  But I won't fall.  I will go to sleep.  Remembering two men I never met is a lot less difficult tonight.  But enough about me.  Never forget.

Are You Tolerant?

I used to think I was tolerant.  I'm not.  I'm indifferent. I don't mind most things.  That's close but not quite a life lead by tolerance.  I think the distinction is important.  When we do mind something we are not tolerant.  We are pack animals and we pounce.

I've been in situations with grown adults where I've witnessed "kind" and "intelligent" people attack each other or be withholding with one another.  And often others jump in for the kill.  Subtle and cunning or rough and scrappy.  All because in the moment we just can't accept or wrap our heads around the fact that someone has a different approach, demeanor, race, sexuality, economic situation, or whatever than us.  Simple stuff like they are too loud or too self-conscious, too self-assured, too raunchy, or too literal.  The superficial stuff.  Which brings me to the Rodney King aberration thats been swimming around in my head as of late, "Why can't nice people get along?"

Plurality is difficult.  Even though most of us believe that life is an experiment that should be allowed as long as we don't harm others.

Why Are Dates So Expensive?

Medjool Dates are delicious.  But 14 of them or .7 lbs of dates cost me friggin $6 at Wholefoods.  I bought some Deglet dates on the vine from Fairway for $9.99 for 2 lbs.  But they are a drier date.  Disappointing.  I really need a good cheap date!  Went to order online and all the sites were sold out.  What's up?  They are such a good high calorie fruit that can serve as a snack or even a meal.  I'm just gonna suck it up and buy them anyway.  Duh.  If I had a million dollars I'd spend the whole million on dates.  They are from Heaven, Arizona, California and Israel.  But I know for a fact that they grow them locally in NY!  Come on!  DATES FOR EVERYONE!  I started and finished the container while writing this.

Getting Older: The Pursuit of Hippiness

It's my birthday week.  Self-image is not just a battle with weight and magazines.  But also with conventional ideas of what it means to get older.  The body is a gift.  But we are more than our bodies.  We are the stillness within us.  You can communicate deeply even with someone with dementia.  Even after losing the ability of speech.  We can connect without words.  We don't "lose" anything when we age.  We are infinite.

Food "Addictions"

Problem:  People living in our modern Western culture tend to be overfed (on the wrong foods) and malnourished at the same time. We are eating far too few actual nutrients.

I used to think I was just a greedy person and a "sugar addict" with a bottomless appetite for sweets.  But now I realize my body needs sugar.  I crash on low carb.  Since I've freed myself from the "naughty" label, I have stopped beating myself up over loving cake and candy bars.  This has allowed me to step out of a misguided life of deprivation and self-loathing and stop eating them.  You don't have to be a health nut.  Just make sure you are nourished and eating whole foods so you are not trying to get nutrients from nutrient poor junk foods.  Have them for pleasure not because you are hungry.

I just ask myself one question everyday.  What is a better choice right now?  And there is one rule.  No shame over cravings or a big appetite!  Seriously.  Your body is smart not stupid.  When it is craving it is not because it is a bad dirty body.  It has needs.  Let go of the myth that carbs make you fat.  Give it unrestricted amounts of fruits, veggies, and whole grains.  This translates to high carb.  Yes.  Unrestricted.

Ridding yourself of shame in a world that wants us to be sick and insecure and  sell us diet food and medicine is important.  No shame.  Be real.  Sometimes I will rock out on some plain kettle cooked potato chips or more likely some tortilla chips because it is a quick energizing "high carb" (mumbo jumbo warning: gluten free though granted low glycemic) snack especially when out and about or socializing.  Ignoring the salt, grease, and indigestion factors.  But more often I will make some homemade oven baked fries with a little sea salt and oil or lightly pan fry my own corn tortillas with a tsp of oil and again sea salt and eat 'til my stomach's content.   Yum.  The key is taking back control of your life.

And.  Don't swap one addiction for another.  At the end of the AA meeting everyone rushes to the coffee pot.  Make a better choice not just a different choice.  Don't be afraid to aim high.

Disclaimer:  Some people may be thinking that I never looked like I had any food addictions.  That's because my body doesn't like a lot of fat so I never ate a lot of greasy foods which compounds the weight issue.  Remember Jack Sprat?  Unhealthy can look a lot of different ways.  As can healthy.  Eat good foods.

Resolution: Hippie Stuff

I don't click with everyone.  Some people say and do selfish things and don't know it.   But I've realized that if someone is continuously reaching out to me, that's enough.  That's huge.  I will try to be their friend and be thankful for their interest in me.

I will try to be honest but not vindictive.

I will try to amplify their positivity not their negativity.  And hope they will be as generous with me.

Make Yourself Simply Irresistible

Awkward?  The easiest way to start a conversation or make a friend is to ask someone about themselves.  Don't be scared or withholding.  Ask.  It's not contrived.  You are interested, right?

Resist the temptation to be silent or to blab about yourself or about something the other person may care less about.  Common interests are also a good launching pad.  Just make sure they are actually interested in this topic and you are not just assuming that they are.  And don't worry.  You'll have plenty of time to talk about yourself later.

This may not help you get people to like you.  But you can feel better about making an effort and start enjoying social interactions more.  Accept that some people aren't going to like you.

"Murder to Excellence" D.J. Henry

Kanye West and Jay-Z dedicated the song "Murder to Excellence” on their new album "Watch the Throne."to D.J. Henry, the Pace University student who was shot and killed by NYPD officers last October.

The 20-year-old Pace University student and football player was shot and killed driving away from a disturbance outside a New York bar after the school’s homecoming game. The officer says he shot to stop D.J. after he was hit and thrown onto the hood.  A grand jury cleared the officer, but now the justice department is investigating.

D.J.’s parents say the facts have been covered up. That the officer has now admitted to stepping in front of the moving car and that D.J. was not drunk.  Authorities also refuse to release 911 tapes which have now been subpoenaed.  Here his father speaks:

Free Troy Davis

Angela Davis.  Jimmy Carter.  Desmond Tutu.  And even the Pope are speaking out against the scheduled execution of Troy Davis.  The death warrant (it is the 4th one) sets the execution between Sept. 21 and Sept. 28 2011.  The state Department of Corrections will set the actual date.  Davis has been on death row for 19 years. No evidence.  No DNA.  Witnesses recanted their testimonies of having seen him kill a Savannah police officer in 1989.  Rally in Georgia on Friday.

"Because of the Anti-Terrorism Bill, the blatant racism and bias in the U.S. Court System, I remain on death row in spite of a compelling case of my innocence. Finally I have a private law firm trying to help save my life in the court system, but it is like no one wants to admit the system made another grave mistake. Am I to be made an example of to save face? Does anyone care about my family who has been victimized by this death sentence for over 16 years? Does anyone care that my family has the fate of knowing the time and manner by which I may be killed by the state of Georgia?"  -Troy Davis

Tip: How to Deal with Excess Energy

I am a very high energy person.  My body and mind are always in motion.  I like to stand on the train rather than sit etc.  My face is super-animated.  A good way for me to regulate all this energy is to exercise or write or do something draining.  Otherwise I will not make it sitting through a movie or a play or a long conversation.  Or I will dominate group settings by talking really fast, being silly, or being very serious and intense.  This is okay sometimes but can be draining on myself (especially since I am an introvert which means I refuel in private not in group settings) and others.

Adult ADHD?  Anxiety?  Don't know don't care.  It's good to have a lot of energy.  When I focus, it allows me to be obsessive and get things done that other people don't have the patience for.  Just make sure you get yours out before you socialize.  If you don't want to be super annoying that is.  I am learning it is important to put time in my schedule for this.  The quickest way for me to neutralize is to go for a short run or climb some stairs or do some push ups.  Then it's normal city.

Time Saver: Make Brown Rice and Freeze It!

Princess and the Pea Dominican Brown Rice

Hate cooking everyday?  Save money and time.  Rice freezes very well.  Plain steamed rice is probably best.  But I will switch it up sometimes with some good fat.  I live in a Dominican neighborhood.  Love the chewy soft white rice.  I made my own brown rice variation using the internet and cooking intuition from my MamaFro.

Ingredients
4 cups of rice
6 1/2 cups water or vegetable stock
3 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of salt

Preparation:

Heat up 2 tbs spoons of oil, add the salt and rice, and water in a pot. Bring to a boil stirring once in a while to avoid excessive sticking. (good to stick a little so texture will be sticky but if it won't come off the bottom of pot add a little water and stir to remove)

When almost all the water has evaporated cover with a lid and allow to simmer at VERY low heat. Wait 15 minutes and remove lid, stir, add the remaining oil and cover again. In 5 minutes the rice should be firm but tender inside. If necessary, cover and leave another 5 minutes or so on very low heat.

To spread the recipe, double/triple everything except the water.  A good gauge for ratio of water to rice is that if you spread the rice out on the bottom of the pot evenly and place your index finger on top of the rice, the water should always reach your first knuckle or a little above it.

Hate Breakfast?: Princess and the Pea Smoothies

Hate Breakfast?
Just realized there can be gluten in oats after your tummy blew up like a beach ball?  Damn damn damn.

Smoothie's are a good way to get enough calories to start your day.  How about:

Banana Smoothie
6 Bananas
A little water for blending (or coconut milk/almond milk but my tummy no like nut milk)
cinnamon/nutmeg/vanilla if you please (I'll pass again)
honey or *Stevia (Yes please)
TADA!

Tropical Permutation
4 Bananas
Half a Papaya or Mamey (purchase in spanish neighborhood or at yuppy grocery)
Liquid

Good Girl Smoothie (If you don't like kale chunks use a juicer)
3 Leaves of Kale
Desired Fruits
Liquid

Miranda July in September

If you are quirky or like little things you may enjoy Miranda July.  I am reading No One Belongs Here More Than You: Stories (2007) because I like to be happy.  And if you are reading this blog because you are not a fan of constipation but the shit talk in "The Help" (2011) left you unnerved (what was up with that? smh,) you may enjoy or have enjoyed Miranda July's loving poop talk in her feature film Me and You and Everyone We Know (2005).  I heart Miranda July.

Black Playwrights coming to the Great White Way!

There are two REAL shows coming to Broadway.  This alone is cause for excitement.  Both have black casts and black playwrights that I know personally.  Crazy.  I will definitely be going with my mama, my sister, my boo and whoever else will come with to see Katori Hall's Mountaintop http://www.broadway.com/shows/mountaintop/ (Sept 22nd) and Lydia Diamond's Stick Fly (Dec. 8th) http://www.stickflybroadway.com/ when they open on "The Great White Way."  Hallelujah, thank you Buddha!  Wish I were in them but they have ALL STAR CASTS!  Amazing.  One day Gurunam!

Yahoo Answers Model: Friendship

Have you ever checked out Yahoo Answers?  As brought to my attention by a member of my comedy troupe.  Totally Ridiculous.  example "do i need glasses yes or no?"

I try to be my own yahoo answers since they are just losers making it up anyway.  So I ask myself, I says, self,

How important is honesty in friendships?

Very.  I am a reserved but very honest person when it comes down to it.  And when I feel that people are trying to take advantage of my docile nature or not being honest with me... people I love...I express my outrage and hurt.  And boy do I express it.  But it is better to stay calm outwardly.  At least for me.  I know I can take criticism but everyone I value cannot.  And they will only see an emotional response as an attack or an attempt to guilt them (especially coming from a normally reserved individual.)  We all know ahead of time who those friends are so I know if I choose to, I can avoid this.  So I am gonna try to be gentler and less emphatic with those people in the future.  I will avoid candid explanations unless asked to elaborate on why I am refusing a request.  Not because I have to, but because I can.  And because as long as I stand up for myself and say, no, I will feel comfortable with the outcome.  It is not important to be right.  Not everyone likes a knowitall.  I do.  If I am getting on your last nerve...  Please tell me about it.  I'll consider it.

The Sugar Lover's Princess and the Pea Lifestyle

FRUITSTAND SHOPPING BANANAS WATERMELON DATES MANGOS PAPAYA

I hate people who push their diets on others.  But I've come to terms that I'm a pusher.  You only live once and I would be remiss if I were to undermine my God given right as a black woman to "tell it like it is."

Problem:  People living in our modern Western culture tend to be overfed (on the wrong foods) and malnourished at the same time. We are eating far too few actual nutrients.

Solution:  Eat your fruits and vegetables.  Tons of them.   I eat LOTS of fruit.  My body digests it well.  Since I was little I've had stomachaches all the time.  I am like the Princess and the Pea.  If I am under-watered, underfed, under-slept, or over-intoxicated I cannot function.  So the easy on my tummy, super thin diet I have that is finally working for me is "If it grows...eat it."  DON'T WORRY ABOUT SUGAR FROM FRUIT!!! or carbs from whole grains.

If you are full of fruit and/or whole grains you'll only eat one donut instead of 7 (or no donuts.)  No exaggeration.  No Shame.  My appetite is huge.  Especially for sugar.  The body runs on sugar or carbohydrates (the dreaded carbs!)   I'm an eater and if you are an eater too, calorically restrictive diets may not add to your quality of life but take away.  Thin and miserable sucks.  So gorge yourself on fruit and veggies.  Literally.  I eat tons of fruit a la Durianrider from TheRawVoice on youtube.  Then when I want brown rice or corn tortilla, or sweet potato, I eat it.  A lot of it.  Carbs don't make you fat!  Scary but I promise.

I only do gluten free carbs because, guess what, I think I'm gluten sensitive and wheat hurts my tum tum.  If I weren't an actor trying to achieve a very low weight I might eat some meat or dairy products.  After I finished the pre-requisite gorging on plants to stay slim and healthy that is.  But I'm glad I don't because historically, my tummy can't handle it!  Record how you feel after you eat an apple.  After a cupcake.  After a steak.  Do you feel energized?  Fatigued?  Satiated?  Tummy trouble?  That can help indicate what your digestive system can handle.  If you are like a goat and can eat tin cans then cool.  I never could.  And to be honest, I am curious about the long-term positive effects that  an almost "vegan" diet will have on my body.  Not sure if I'll stick to it strictly.  It's hard to reject someone's homemade meal and I'm not sure if I'm prepared to do so.  But I will definitely be mostly plant-based forever!  Yay!

Benefits I've experienced are sustainable weight loss, more energy, clearer glowing skin, lighter mood, more creativity, more courage, better rest, less bloating, on and on.  Take it from me, The Princess and the Pea.   Birds flying high, you know how I feel.  But the best part is that for the first time in my life,

I am thin, full, and nourished.

Disclaimer: I don't have the secret to losing weight and maintaining big boobs sooo...  Wait.  Yes I do.  Stuff!  But for real.  If you don't want to be skinny, add some fats (avocados/coconuts/nuts/seeds/oils).   Again my tum hates this so good luck.  While adopting a diet free of animal products is not a goal for everyone eating mostly fruits, veggies,  and whole grains is the foundation of a great WHOLE FOODS DIET that everyone can benefit from.  I've been romancing an off and on vegetarian diet since my teenage years so it is pretty easy for me.  But you can add meat to this equation for a more traditional diet and still be healthier than if you were eating pre-packaged processed foods and minimal fruits and veggies.

End Constipation

Constipation.  Having trouble having a complete bowel movement?  Elevate your knees above your bum.  Place your feet on either side of the trash can.  This simulates the natural squat we performed in nature before the porcelain bowl.

And of course.  Drink plenty of h2o.

Spread the love.
